Azqore being a member of the Crédit Agricole Group, is fully subjected to the international corpus of Compliance Directives issued by the majority shareholder. The group focuses on compliance issues and therefore our team benefits from its mandatory training programmes. Our clients can be assured of all the benefits from one of the best international practices in this area.

We ensure that Azqore and its integrated S2i system, meet the tax and regulatory requirements of local regulators in each of the geographic locations which our clients operate, regardless of how they are imposed on banks. Azqore is also contingent on the indirect supervision of major regulators in Asia and Europe, namely: FINMA in Switzerland, ACPR in France, the Commission Surveillance du Secteur Financier in Luxembourg, and of the HKMA in Hong Kong and the MAS in Singapore.

Our certifications

ISO 9001 certification in Switzerland: Quality

This quality management system was implemented in 1997 for operations and has been gradually adopted throughout the company, including certain corporate functions. In particular, it enables us to assess our ability to meet our customers' expectations as well as, Swiss legal and regulatory requirements.

ISO 27001 certification: Safety

To protect your data and processes, we apply international standard ISO 27001, a code of practice for information security management.

ISAE 3402 and ISAE 3000 certifications: Controls and Operational Risk Management

Since 2010, all of our departments have been engaged in the certification for the control of our processes. Azqore thus maintains a system featuring approximately one-hundred and forty-four risk controls, certified according to ISAE 3402 - type 2, and since 2015 also ISAE 3000, which are performed continuously throughout the year.
